Section 01

Custom Production & Returns

All products are custom-made, individually produced, and tailored specifically to each order. As custom goods, products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstance. Custom-made items are exempt from standard consumer cancellation rights.

Section 02

Design & Print Variations

The Laldie design team retains final authority over all design decisions. By placing an order, you grant The Laldie full discretion in executing the final design. Due to the handcrafted nature of production, minor variations may occur including:

• Slight border misalignments
• Minor shifts in spacing or alignment
• Colour tone variations between digital screens and printed materials
• Paper absorption differences
• Minimal print texture inconsistencies

Such variations are normal and expected, and do not constitute defects or entitle the customer to refunds, reprints, or replacements.

Section 03

No Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, partial refunds, or order alterations will be accepted once an order is submitted. This applies regardless of changes of mind, event postponements, courier delays, errors made during submission, or any external circumstances.

Section 04

Shipping & Delivery

Once a parcel is transferred to the courier, The Laldie bears no liability for delays, transit issues, failed delivery attempts, lost parcels, customs inspection delays, or weather disruptions. All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

In the event of a courier delay, the customer may be offered a store credit equivalent to the order total. This credit is valid for 12 months, is non-transferable, and may only be used toward future purchases.

Section 05

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for all customs-related fees including import taxes, duty charges, and brokerage fees. These are imposed by governmental authorities and are outside the control of The Laldie. Failure to pay import taxes may result in the parcel being returned, destroyed, or held by customs.

Section 06

Address Accuracy

The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Any request to change the delivery address must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer's sole responsibility.

Section 07

Colour Disclaimer

Digital mockups serve as visual representations, not exact replicas. Due to screen calibration differences, lighting, printing machinery, and material composition, colour variations between digital previews and physical prints are expected and do not constitute grounds for a claim.

Section 08

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms in full, understand and accept all conditions, and acknowledge the legally binding nature of this agreement. These terms override any previous statements, verbal or written.
