We offer international shipping using a variety of tracked services. Please check both your inbox and spam folders for order confirmations and tracking information. Please kindly review the estimated shipping times below before reaching out.
All prints and frames are custom-made to order. While we would like to offer a faster service, our commitment to sustainable practices means we cannot expedite the process. The printing team will need 3-4 working days to process prints and 4-5 working days for framed items. DESIGN & LALDIE
For all order requests, please note that The Laldie design team has the final say on key details such as colors, fonts, borders, and overall design. We kindly ask that you read our design policy before placing your order. We inform all customers that full responsibility for the design lies with our team, and we kindly ask you to take this into consideration when placing your order.
Since our products are not mass-produced, exact alignment with digital designs in terms of borders and colors should not be expected. Minor imperfections such as slight misalignments in borders or variations in color tones may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work. In such cases, we are not obligated to reproduce the order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
ORDER CANCEL & REFUND
We do not accept returns or cancellations on orders placed through our store. Please make sure you are certain about your order before placing it, as we are unable to accept any cancellations under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Our company is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Before placing your order, we kindly ask you to consider the possibility of such issues.
*In case of a delay, your items will be resent, and if you prefer, we can also arrange a new shipment with a different design.
MOCKUP + PRINT
The designs sent to you for approval may not always match the printed colors exactly, as there can be slight variations between digital colors and physical prints, especially with darker shades. Therefore, our business cannot be held responsible for such differences. Please consider this before placing your order.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Requests to change the delivery address must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery location.

VAT is included in the print price for general purchases.
An additional 20% VAT charge will be added for all UK wholesale purchases.

For customers in other countries: Import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
